With more than 30 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotech, Stan has played a central role in scaling companies, executing global partnerships, and guiding products from development to commercialization – expertise directly relevant to investors, strategic acquirers, and early-stage innovators.
Stan’s background includes leading P&L operations, building commercial infrastructures, negotiating global alliances, and overseeing multiple drug and device launches across the U.S., Europe, and specialty markets. His deep understanding of market access, competitive landscapes, and commercialization pathways enables sharper commercial due-diligence insights and informed strategic decision-making for growth-stage companies.
He has served in senior executive roles including: President, Chief Commercial Officer, and head of U.S. subsidiaries – where he drove sustained revenue acceleration, executed restructuring initiatives, and represented companies in investor conferences, earnings discussions, and board meetings.
Stan also brings a distinguished 14-year record in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps (active and reserve), including five years in Germany in various leadership roles, culminating in the rank of Major.
