Christophe François
Christophe François is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience operating at the intersection of law, governance, strategy, and business operations. He has held global executive roles including General Counsel, Company Secretary, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and VP Revenue Optimization & Operations in technology-driven companies navigating IPOs, M&A, international expansion, and regulatory complexity.
Christophe has played a central role in multiple IPO processes, including the successful NYSE listing of AVG Technologies, and has guided more than 15 M&A transactions across software, fintech, e-commerce, and infrastructure-driven businesses. His experience includes scaling organizations from a few hundred employees to multi-thousand global platforms, while building governance frameworks, board processes, and compliance infrastructures aligned with public-market standards.
Beyond legal leadership, Christophe brings hands-on operational experience, having led revenue optimization, e-commerce performance, payments platforms, and cross-functional transformation initiatives. He is accustomed to working closely with boards, shareholders, financial institutions, regulators, and executive teams, particularly in situations involving strategic pivots, restructuring, and long-term value protection.
Till recently served as General Counsel & Company Secretary at EVBox (an ENGIE group company), where Christophe focused on governance, risk management, sustainability, and global operations within the electric mobility and charging ecosystem. Currently serving as a board member and advisor to technology and regtech companies, contributing independent judgment and pragmatic execution insight.
